Provide approved door hardware on one of the two front entrances. See review comments #8. Rmove manual flush bolts from both main exits. Provide approved door hardware on door to storage and old dressing room doors. Provide emergency lighting on second floor, stairway and breakroom that is the egress path. Repair four exit signs. I left a notice with Dutch with DBSI that states that there will not be any more inspection sign offs or plan review on this tenant space or any others in the shopping center until the fire alarm system and sprinkler systems have met code requirements as enforced by boise fire dept.

I spoke to Dutch with DSCI about sprinkler heads. I found several locations where sprinklers are overspaced. I told him he needs a sprinkler contractor to verify spacing throughout the tenant space. Also there is a control valve on a anti-freeze loop that does not have a tamper switch. 9/20/2004 2:47:09 PM
