WORK INCLUDES CONCRETE FOOTINGS, CONCRETE PIERS, WOOD STUD COLUMNS, AND BUILT-UP STEEL BEAMS. A CONCRETE SIDEWALK HAS ALSO BEEN MODIFIED. Only the basement of this building is fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing retail sales tenant space (3,120 square foot main floor and 1,124 square foot basement) located within a 14,770 square foot one story building (10,030 square foot main floor and 4,740 square foot basement). Since the property line between the two buildings located on this site has been removed, both buildings are now considered to be one building. Work is to include a new doorway in an existing exterior masonry wall, exterior wall infills, exterior awnings, glass block windows, and new cornices at the top of exterior walls all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
