This tenant space is located within a 9,849 square foot, one story building. After the expansion, the retail portion of this tenant space will have a floor area of 1,982 square feet. This tenant space is occupied by a restaurant/retail sales tenant. Before the expansion, this tenant space had a floor area of 2,275 square feet on the main floor and 743 square feet in the basement. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a floor area of 3,626 square feet on the first floor and 1,475 square feet in the basement.
