St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center - Central Tower Addition (Exterior Wall Cladding & Fireproofing) - This permit covers the installation of the exterior wall cladding and fireproofing only. This central tower is being constructed between the south (main hospital) tower and the north tower building. The central tower will connect the south and north towers into one large hospital building. The central tower is a 357,555 square foot, ten story building addition with a 41,610 square foot basement. The excavation and shoring was done under building permit BLD04-00814. The foundation and structural steel and stair package was done under building permit BLD04-01671. There will be an additional permit for the tenant improvement to finish the building for occupancy. #04-579/JCM
