Special Inspection required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations, structural field welding, and a certificate of compliance to be provided to inspector for any steel work done in an approved fabricator shop. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. No occupancy allowed under this permit. A separate permit is required for a tenant to occupy the space.
