(LIGHTEN UP) To construct a new tenant separation wall to create a new 806 sq.ft. tenant space for professional service for a weight monitoring, reduction & client support business. Work includes construction of a full height frame wall, fully insulated for sound control, 5/8" sheetrock covering wiyth texture & paint to create an open business area. The existing ceiling is a 1-hour roof/ceiling assembly created under the shell & core permit as an alternate to construction of a parapet on the east wall. All penetrations of the 1-hour roof/ceiling assembly require protection to maintain the rating. An HVAC unit is shared by two tenant with controls in other tenant space. Entry to this space is an existing 20 minute door assembly from the existing 1-hour corridor serving the building. There are two fully accessible common restrooms serving the building accessed from the common corridor. Exterior walls were insulated under the shell & core permit with finish under this permit.
