There are three tenant spaces within this building. The north 1,407 sq.ft. and the south 1,407 sq.ft are each single story and are being constructed as shells, for future tenant spaces. NOTE: Separate plans, permits and Certificate of Occupancies must submitted and be approved prior to finishing and occupying each of the two future tenant space. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. The center section is being finished under this permit and will be occupied as a dentist office. This section is the two story portion of the building. The first floor of this section is 2,363 sq.ft the second floor is 623 sq.ft. Refer to MIS 05-00033 for the Certificate of Occupancy.
