The east wall is a common wall and will remain. Additional epoxy/adhesive anchors will be installed in the existing ledger board in this east wall on the adjacent tenant side. Special Inspection is required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations. The east wall will now be the exterior wall of the adjacent building and it encloses unconditioned warehouse space.
