TENANT PERIMETER WALLS REMOVED FROM SCOPE OF WORK OF THIS PERMIT AND ADDED TO SCOPE OF BLD04-03036. TO REDUCE THE OVERALL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THIS TENANT SPACE; MODIFY LOCATION OF INTERIOR WALLS AND USE AREAS; MODIFY ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & MECHANICAL, ALL PER APPROVED MODIFIED SHEETS. SHEETS NOT MODIFIED AND ORIGINAL PLANS REVIEW COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS ARE STILL A PART OF THIS PERMIT. To construct a 1,142 sq.ft. office area on the 2nd floor within an existing Shell & Core area per approved plans. Work includes construction of interior, non-combustible walls and finishes to create tenant area with two private office's, a reception / waiting area, breakroom and support areas. Installation of new suspended ceiling grid system and modifications to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems to serve this space; an accessible sink / counter area in new breakroom and an accessible service counter in reception area. This building is fully sprinklered for story increase. Any alterations to sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. drs
