(GE SUPPLY - OFFICE, SALES AREA, STORAGE MEZZANINE) This building is fire sprinklered for fire area and for future high-piled storage. To construct a 3,100 square foot office / wholesale area within an existing 16,655 square foot warehouse building. A storage mezzanine will be located above the office area. After the office is constructed, the warehouse will have a floor area of about 12,521 square feet inside the building, 3,100 square feet on the mezzanine, and 1,000 square feet of outside covered storage. Work is to include concrete footings, tube steel columns, wide flange beams, wood joists, wood floor sheathing, gypsum board shear walls, structural sheathing shear wall, interior nonbearing walls, interior stairways, 3 restrooms accessible to the disabled, suspended ceilings, and interior finishes. A separate permit is required for racks over 8 feet tall. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, structural engineering, plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
