(AUTO MALL OUTLET) To install 3/4 hour fire rated wire glass storefront and non-rated glass window/door assembly on the east side of building per approved plans and CZC04-0002. Work includes demolition of a 30' wide by 9' tall portion of the existing concrete double tee wall; installation of new concrete support footings for (4) 6" x 6" x 1/4" TS columns with (2) rows C8 x 11.5 steel channels welded to 3/4" steel plates which are to be bolted with (2) 3/4", A325 bolts to steel angles that are welded to the columns; 'C' channels are bolted to the concrete tee's with 3/4" anchors at 4' o.c., 2 per tee with 4" minimum embed, all as indicated on plans and attached engineering design data. drs
