Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. Additional work included in this permit is to reconstruct the parking lot, install new landscaping and construct additional parking area. (PLAN MODIFICATION 1/27/06 ) * To add 2,830 square feet of mezzaine area for storage and convert the existing second floor area to meet the requirements of a mezzaine by adding a second exit to the exterior.
