Swanson Office Building (Shell & Core) - To construct a new 4320 square foot, one story, wood framed office building on a concrete slab floor. This building will contain a core area consisting of two restrooms, a utility room, an access hallway and a 280 square foot common use conference room. 890 sq. ft., tenant space "A", at the southeast corner of the building, will have a vanilla finish. An MIS permit will be required to approve this space for occupancy. The remainder of the building will be unfinished and will require separate tenant improvement permits to finish for occupancy.
