A fire life/safety inspection is to also occur by the Fire Inspector and Building Inspector throughout the building in order to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. Work to include a new steel constructed exterior stairway with new reinforced concrete support footings/foundations, a new exterior concrete section of stairway and landing, new exterior concrete ramps with 6" or less rise, new guards and handrails, a new exterior door, new interior walls, new interior doors and some sidelights, new suspended ceiling, interior finish, two new accessible restrooms, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. Special Inspection is required for concrete and reinforcement, steel welding, steel fabrication, A325 bolts, and epoxy anchors. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building was originally constructed in Ada County in 1992 and later annexed into Boise City on 12/30/99. Original building plans and Addition plans submitted with this permit submittal and will be scanned into the Records Department under this permit.
