Plaza Mixed Use (parking garage, grading, drainage & underground utilities phase only) - To construct a new 30,000 sq.ft. basement parking garage under two separate buildings and construct a 7,869 sq.ft. first floor parking garage located under future residential units, per City Ordinance # 6339, for mixed construction. The installation of three hour fire walls and three hour horizontal assemblies will be required to separate different types of construction. Additional work covered under this permit includes onsite grading, landscaping and parking lot. NOTE: The installation of a NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system is required throughout this building.
