Work to include, selective demolition, relocation of the existing walk-in cooler, construction of interior partitions, new flooring and wall finishes, This building is not fire sprinklered, a two our fire barrier wall is being constructed to reduce the A2 fire area to less than 5000 sq ft. This building was formerly occupied by a chinese restaurant. The mechanical mezzanine is existing. The occupant load sign shall be posted at in the dinning room area at (83) (Rmh) CUP03-00063 (PLAN MODIFICATION) 11/03/05 / THE FLOOR PLAN HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO REDUCE THE SEATING AREA TO 730 SQ FT BY RELOCATING PARTITIONS. THIS WILL REDUCE THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE ASSEMBLY AREA TO 48, CHANGING THE OCCUPANCY TO AN B OCCUPANCY. THIS WILL ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE TWO HOUR FIRE BARRIER WALL. THIS TENANT WILL CONFORM TO A NONSEPARATED USE M & B OCCUPANCY. NO POSTING OF AN OCCUPANT LOAD SIGN IS REQUIRED. (RMH)
