(INFINITY ENTERTAINMENT) Interior remodel to an existing 4,752 sq. ft. building changing occupancy from retail to a new assembly use for electronic gaming & events specializing in video game competition along with a small coffee/snack bar area per approved plans and CZC05-00142. There will be no cooking in the snack bar area. (All pre-packaged food products.) Work to include some minor interior demolition work, new stairway construction to existing office mezzanine, new handrails and guard at stairway and at mezzanine, new counter for coffee bar, increasing the size of the restrooms and adding additional fixtures, interior finish, some curtains with tracks, furniture/equipment, plumbing work, and electrical work. A Deferred Submittal from the structural engineer is required for alterations needed to the existing mezzanine to comply with headroom requirements for the new stairway. A copy shall be provided to the Building Inspector and a copy shall be provided to Plan Review. The east exterior wall of this building is right on the property line and is existing one-hour rated with no openings and extends to a noncombustible roof structure/deck with noncombustible supporting construction. Nonseparated Uses per IBC Section 302.3.1. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. Previous tenant on record was Schuck's Auto Supply. A temporary occupancy was given with sam rogers permission. This is for the A3 area only. The exit discharge lighting for all exits and the B occupancy area still needs addressed. There appears to be adequate street lighting in lew of exit discharge temporarily. Per electrician the correct exit discharge will be installled by tonight.

Temporary Occupancy signed. This is a "rush" request per Jennifer Gilliland. I could not fine any desing reveiws for landscaping. No information included on the BLD plans. Will get with Sarah when she gets back from vacation to see where the file is located and what is required. Correction Notice given to replace torn out bushes, glass/landscape front bedding area and sprinker system needs to work, dumpter moved to the enclosed trash structure.
