Work to include some rated CMU wall infill in some existing openings in the west exterior wall and one in the south exterior wall, new interior 2-hour rated fire barrier walls to reduce the fire area and to act as a horizontal exit, a new pair of 90 minute rated doors in the 2-hour rated fire barrier/horizontal exit, new interior walls and doors, interior finish, casework and kitchen equipment, two new accessible restrooms, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work.
