East wall of this space is an existing 3-hour rated fire wall/party wall with no openings and a 30" minimum parapet. West wall of this space is an existing 3-hour rated fire barrier wall to reduce the fire areas in this building to less than 12,000 sq. ft. South wall of this space is an existing 2-hour rated exterior bearing wall based on type of construction located 8' to the centerline of the alley with a 12" parapet and a combination of unprotected and protected openings. The north wall of this space is an existing 2-hour rated exterior bearing wall based on type of construction with unprotected openings but has a required 3/4 hour rated wired glass entry/exit door with transom above that is within 4' of the 3-hour rated fire wall/party wall.
