*(Mandarin Palace)* To replace kitchen equipment, modify existing grease duct system by replacing exhaust fans on the exterior of the building & interlocking make up air with exhaust, plumb additional sinks, replace floor finish in the kitchen area all per approved engineering plans and mechanical department review. This does not establish a new certificate of occupancy. There is an existing certificate of occupancy issued under #1874. The fire supression system for the existing hood system was installed in 2004 and approved by Boise City PDS fire inspector. This system will need to be field verifed that it has had an annual service. (rmh)
