To construct a 9,155 sq. ft. one story Type IIB, fully fire sprinkled exhibit hall with offices. This building is designed for unseparated uses and the building is to be fully fire sprinklered. Occupant load signage to be posted in Theater (85 persons); in the Interp/Lobby (148 persons); and in Gallery (42 persons) -see ltr. approved by G. Slane 12/7/07 attached to documents.
