The pre-moving inspection was done under MIS05-00151 and a $3,000 bond was required for the foundation and code compliance on the new site. BND05-00147. The above MIS permit was applied for on 9/13/2005 and the permit to place the dwelling was accepted on 10/06/2005. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required.
