This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling in the foothills area. The project will include interior remodel of the main floor; adding 110s.f. to same using cantelevered floors; new support columns and the reconfiguration of the roof line. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
