(ASSOCIATED PRESS - US BANK - 3RD STORY) This structure is fire sprinklered becasue it is a high-rise building. To remodel an existing 1,277 square foot tenant space for a new office tenant. This space is located on the 3rd story of an existing high-rise building. Work is to include a roof mounted satellite dish, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, millwork, interior windows, interior doors, and finishes. The fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, and high-rise life safety systems (and the infrastructure supporting these systems) for the 3rd story are regulated under the provisions of the 2000 IBC. If not already existing, fire-safing shall be installed at the perimeter of the 3rd story between the floor and the spandrel glass. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
