(ROOF REPLACEMENT) To replace roof trusses and roof covering on the west wing of an existing 3,636 sq.ft. building per approved plans. Work also includes construction of a 2-hr fire barrier too separate future occupancies or fire areas, to cut tails off exising trussess along property line wall and to upgrade wall and ceiling to one-hour construction, to upgrade exterior wall of the west wing portion to two-hour fire-resistive with parapet. There are no occupancies declared at this time. NOTE: No occupancy allowed under this permit. A Separate permit will be required to occupy building. Rmh PLAN MODIFICATION: 7/17/06 / TO Construct a bearing 2x6 wall within the existing CMU wall to support roof load. During the construction is noted that the exterior CMU wall was not structurally sound. An engineer has designed a new supporting wall system.
