(REILLY'S CHURCH SUPPLY - VISTA VILLAGE) This building is partially fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing 6,555 square foot tenant space (3,284 square foot 1st story and 3,271 square foot basement) for a new retail sales tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior wall furring, new store front door and window system, suspended ceilings, a new stairway to the basement, a new floor in an abandoned stairway opening, and finishes. The restrooms were constructed in 1993 and are required to be maintained accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. All fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Exterior changes under this permit must comply with CZC05-00224. Future canopy remodel and fire sprinkler installation will be done under BLD04-02464. **CJW**
