This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowewd under this permit. Note: This shopping center originally constructed as an unlimited area building with 60 foot yards around the entire structure as delineated on the subdivision plat and fully fire sprinklered. Because of the requirements for an unlimited area building and the proposed exiting, the future tenant space will be limited to a maximum occupant load of 49.
