Boise Towne Square Expansion - To demolish some exterior walls and interior store front and construct a 3,345 square foot addition on the first floor of the mall, south of the main mall entry. To construct a 1085 square foot, one story addition to the east end of the existing maintenance building. This permit also includes the demolition of the existing main entry masonry and steel archway and the construction of a new roof covered entry with connected exterior architectural towers at the Old Chicago exterior seating area, at the main mall entry and at the exterior entry of mall tenant space #1406. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
