Hillcrest Business Center II - To construct a new 33,429 sq. ft. three story Type II-B, fully fire sprinkled shell building with a 2,010 sq. ft. basement. Uses may include office, assembly and mercantile. No occupancy is authorized by this permit. Separate plans and permits will be required to finish and occupy each tenant space within the building. Building areas are first floor 10,403, second and third floors are 11,513 sq. ft. This building will be separated from an existing building with a three hour fire wall on the west side. Fire sprinklers have been used for area and height increase. This shell has been designed for non-separated uses with Group A-3 for area and height. (This permit was modified from the original approval by Mike Otto. The construction was changed from steel structural frame to concrete filled foam block exterior walls and interior steel structural frame.)
