Micron Building #10A (C9089) - Wafer Charactorization Expansion - To demolish some interior partitions and doors and interior stairway to the second floor mechanical space and to construct new interior partitions, cleanroom walls and doors to enlarge the area of Incoming Wafer Area #102A to approximately 3,100 square foot. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #10A between grid lines A&D and 4&6. This permit also includes the construction of a 25'x67' (1675 sq. ft.) infill of an open area above Incoming Wafer Area #102A to enlarge the second floor for additional mechanical air handling equipment. This permit also includes the installation of two new exterior doors at the second floor and a new exterior metal exit stairway. The exterior stairway design to be a deferred item. This permit also includes related mechanical and electrical work. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
