Work to include one new exterior window in former exterior door opening, new interior walls, new interior doors, a new interior accessible ramp with handrails, a new interior stairway with only two risers and handrails, interior finish, two new accessible restrooms, new kitchen equipment, a new walk-in cooler, counters/casework, fire sprinkler work, two new Type I hoods with an approved duct wrap system on grease ducts, a new Type II hood, some new fire and smoke/fire damper installations, new mechanical work including an additional new HVAC rooftop unit with associated ducting and a new make-up air unit on roof, new plumbing work, and new electrical work. Nonseparated Uses per IBC Section 302.3.2. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: The second floor above was constructed as a one-hour rated floor assembly with one-hour rated supporting beams and columns under the shell permit. This floor supports the one-hour rated stair enclosure walls on the second floor. Shafts through this floor were also shown as at least one-hour rated.
