Micron Building #80 - (C9193) - Build-out Area For Additional Metrology - To construct cleanroom walls and install new 8'-0" egress door at the corridor wall to create a new approximate 1685 square foot Metrology Area #109A in a previously unoccupied area. This work also includes related access floor and ceiling hepa filters. This work also inlcudes structural modifications to the second floor for new mechanical equipment and open the floor for a new return air chase. This work is being done at the first and second floors of building #80 between grid lines F&H and 3&5. All construction per the approved plans.
