(RCE-1602 JIM GRATIOT)(BETTER HOMES ELECTRIC)(STEELWOOD FLEX CONDOS) To construct a new 1,400 sq. ft. office/warehouse tenant space within an existing 28,289 sq. ft. building per approved plans. Work to include new interior walls and doors, interior finish, new hard lid ceiling above office area, a new accessible restroom, fire sprinkler work, new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work. A portion of the ceiling above the restroom and copy room is o.k. for light storage, 125 psf L.L. There is a combination of Nonseparated Uses and Separated Uses within this building. An R-2 Occupancy within the building is separated from other Occupancies in the building with 2-hour rated fire barriers.
