Description	Micron Building #24C - (C8790) - Remodel Fab 4A in Building 24C to raise the clean room ceiling from ten foot height to fourteen foot height to accommodate new tool sizes. This work includes structural modifications to the interstitial floor area, additional structural roof supports for relocation of scrubber ducts and mechanical equipment, trench and install approximately 100 lineal feet of 4'-6" and 8'-0" wide by 4'-0" foot deep reinforced concrete equipment trenches at the subfab. and the demo and reconstruction of fab clean walls, hepa filter ceilng grids and interior doors. There is also significant mechanical, electrical and process piping modifications associated with this remodel project. This work is being done in Building #24C between grid lines #18&25 and #D&F at an approximate 6,675 sq. ft. area of the subfab, a 10,280 sq. ft. area of the main floor fabrication area and 10,190 sq. ft. of the interstitial space.
