Work is to include 6 restrooms accessible to the disabled, an elevator shaft and elevator, a tunneled 1-hr corridor on the 1st story, 45 minute windows in the wall parallel to the alley, new guard and handrails at the exterior stairway to the basement, an EIFS at the elevator shaft, and suspended ceilings. This permit is NOT intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
