Needs to repair stair way, walking surface was sloped to much, Needs to remove window from bathroom to garage. Add blocking and studs to rimjoist at 3ply girder truss. add strap at top plate in garage and remove closet from mech. room and get engineered fix for D4 truss. Add trimmers at 3ply truss in garage.
