This unit is 2 story, 3 bedroom and 3-1/2 baths with an attached two car garage. NOTE: The installation of the fire wall is being driven by the 1,500 gpm fire flow at the hydrant. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. Refer to BLD 06-01206 for the permit on other side of the fire wall. Protected penetrations are allowed per 2003 IBC Sec. 705.
