To remodel an existing one story with mezzanine building (3,673 square foot 1st story and 883 square foot 1st story mezzanine). A seismic upgrade will be done as a part of this project. Work is to include 4 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, concrete footings, concrete walls and pier, concrete slabs, concrete stairs, steel column, wood joists, wood beams, wood parapets, parapet braces, masonry repointing, roof ties, steel headers and trimmers at new openings in masonry walls, suspended ceilings, and finishes.
