PLAN MODIFICATION * 11/13/2006 To add 375 square feet of basement area to unit 280, to add 390 square feet of basement area to unit 230 for non-habital space, install walls to separate mechanical rooms from the basement area repair and replace inside stairs to basement and install two new stairs from basement to grade on the outside of the building.
