(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE - SPACES 2153 & 2154 - NO TENANTS) This permit is for the construction of a new tenant demising wall to create two new spaces for future tenants, (space 2153 will be 1530 sq ft) & (space 2154 will be 1180 sq ft), THERE IS NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED FOR EITHER SPACE UNDER THIS PERMIT. Work to include, removal of existing plumbing fixtures in space 2154 and construction of a one-hour tenant demising wall, the smoke evacution system is existing for both spaces and shall be verified to work as originally installed in both spaces smoke detectors shall be installed in both spaces. This building is fully fire sprinklered any modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS and shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire deparment. Separate permits WILL BE REQUIRED to finishe spaces and to occupy tenant spaces. RMH
