This permit includes the interior tenant improvements for the 3 residential units and the parking garage which are located below the three-hour horizontal fire assembly in the type I-A portion of this building. NOTE: This building is required to be fire sprinklered per NFPA 13 and is used for story increase. Refer to BLD06-01450 for the construction of the type I-A parking garage.
