(WINGS CENTER) To remodel a 6,351 sq. ft. area within the "Wings Center" known as "Planet Kid". The area is located on the first floor and mezzanine level in the southeast corner of the building which will involve a new exterior stair system to serve as a second exit from the mezzanine; removal of an overhead door and installation of storefront glazing with new exit door on the main level and minor exterior modifications per approved plans and DR06-00092. The remodel includes limited demolition; interior construction of a new snack bar, food prep and remodel of dining area on the main level; construct two fully accessible 'his & her' restrooms, drinking fountains and service sink. On the mezzanine level, remodel portion for dish clean / prep area and modify finishes within existing dining area. To upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances. Note: This building was constructed in Ada County in 1980 and annexed into Boise City on 1/8/02. The building is declared to be fully sprinklered for allowable area increase under Ada County permit. drs
