To create a 10,108 square foot bank tenant space on the 1st and 2nd stories of BoDo Building #4. The 1st story will have a floor area of 3,591 square feet at grade and 590 square feet on a mezzanine. The 1st story will include a bank lobby, teller station, offices, file room, and secured cash room. The mezzanine will include a gallery for the display of art. The 2nd story will have a floor area of 5,927 square feet. The 2nd story will include a board room, conference rooms, offices, file room, and restrooms. Work on the 1st story includes an elevator pit, a glass elevator shaft, an elevator accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, interior bearing walls, shear walls, concrete footings, steel beams and columns, concrete mezzanine floor, and finishes. Work on the 2nd story includes 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, an elevator shaft, interior doors, interior windows, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
