(SOMERSET HILLS-BLDG 6) To remodel an existing two story, with a basement, 12 unit apartment building. Work to include adding dwelling unit separation walls, to the roof deck. Improving the existing stairs to meet exit enclosures, replacing electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, insulation and drywall. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached comment list. PLAN MODIFICATION * To add the following spaces to existing basement: (3) non-habitable dwelling unit basement spaces, mechanical space and bicycle lock-up space. Each dwelling unit basement space will be supplied w/(1) window & an egress window well. The concrete walk on the west end of the building will be extended to the bicycle lock-up space. MJP
