Note: Separate plans and permits must be submitted for review and approval to construct the swimming pool. All construction per the approved plans. The following items must be included with the construction of the community pool. 1). Second exit required from pool deck area. 2). Gates must swing in direction of travel from the pool dack. 3). Latching devices on gates which are used for egress must be panic type. MJP There is not a DRH or CUP required for this project.
