(Leisure Time Inc) To remodel an existing (2) story building, 7,190 sq. ft. on the first floor (new retail) and 2,455 sq. ft. on the second floor (new second exit), a total of 9,645 sq. ft. This is a change of occupancy for the first floor from "B/S1" to "M" for a new retail sales tenant per approved plans. This remodel will include new fire sprinkler system throughout the entire building to allow addition of second story. Work includes selective interior demolition; to change structural support for interior bearing with concrete pads, columns and structural modification of floor joists. To upgrade restrooms for accessiblity compliance and add one new accessible unisex restroom. Construct new walls to create areas for display, offices, break, reception and sales rooms; add second required exit from second floor; modify areas of ceiling finishes; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems and install new sprinkler system in all areas of building. Note: A separate application, plans, approval and permit is required for installation of the sprinkler, alarm or rack storage systems. Do not start installation until separate permit is issued. Building cannot be occupied by this tenant until the sprinkler work is complete in conjunction with T.I. remodel and a new Certificate of Occupancy is issued. drs
