To construct an 8,292 square foot whole floor office tenant space on the 2nd story of an existing building. The elevator was constructed and the roof top HVAC units were installed under permit BLD06-00879. The restrooms were going to be constructed under that permit but will instead be constructed under this permit. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, an interior glass block wall, millwork, interior finishes, and suspended ceilings. Walls OK to cover.......Leave open areas to check sealing of floor penitrations and completion of 2hr shaft. Asked framer to add top of wall bracing in selected areas. Advised to contact Architect to verify what type of install for celing grid (contradiction in plans)....and reminded of 34" max counter in break room.
