(565 sq. ft. first floor / 797 sq. ft. second floor) with a 250 sq. ft. single car garage and a 44 sq. ft. covered deck off the master bedroom. Unit 11has 1388 sq. ft. (574 sq. ft. first level / 814 sq. ft. second level) with a 413 sq. ft. double car garage. An NFPA 13R fire sprinkler system is required in each unit. NOTE: Each unit is over 800 sq. ft.
