(MODERN HOTEL - FORMERLY TRAVEL LODGE) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing 20,208 square foot hotel building (10,388 square foot 1st story and 9,820 square foot 2nd story). A 1,541 square foot area on the 1st story that was formerly a hotel lobby, an office, a caretakers dwelling unit, and 2 guestrooms will be converted to a hotel lobby, an office, a bar, and a lounge. Within this area, work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, beams, columns, concrete footings, millwork, and finishes. Within the remaining 41 guestrooms, work is to include remodeled bathrooms. A skylight will be installed above the 2nd story interior corridor and a new exterior stairway will be constructed. A total of five (5) suite guestroom will be provided. Each suite guestroom will be created by combining two regular guestrooms.
