(BOISE TENANT - ASSOCIATED FOODS WAREHOUSE - SE CORNER TENANT SPACE 103) To create a 33,602 sq.ft. secure tenant space within an existing 250,000 sq ft building for storage of high pile insulation product, per approved plans. Work to include, erection of 18 ft high metal and gypboard partitions, construction of a new vestubule, installation of new exterior overhead door located on the south side of the building, This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. The partition walls separate the areas into spaces that are less than 50,000 sq ft so that smoke and heat vents are not required. RMH

Inspection was for a temporary for the placement of the POD's within the building. Inspection was done per the meeting minutes. Items that still need correcting are fire extinguishers need to be placed in all spaces, the items stored in the left hand of the "Y" intersection at the west end of the building need remove for fire dept. access, remove the concrete parking curbs from the access way to the east overhead door and remove the POD's that have already been stored in the building until all items have been satified.
